It's so hard to find a wash that doesn't have either!!</p> <p>For Wagon Jr. we use whatever we have on hand. LOVE LOVE LOVE it and it smells nice. You might be able to find them at Costco if there is one near you. I'm in Asia and surprisingly I saw them at our local Costco the other day! I was so happy but I bought a TON when we moved here so I have a good supply. I also use California Baby or Twig. Currently using Arbonne and I like it a lot. I also really liked Aveeno baby wash. I wasn't a fan of Burt's Bees--it didn't lather very well and I found that annoying. </p>
