My favorite pairs for work have been from Tory Burch and Coach. For my girls I will always buy nice shoes because they'll be on their feet all day. I look for quality outdoor gear with high water resistance. I buy on repeat: Reima, Polarn o. Pyret, Didriksons, Vossatassar, Tretorn (boots).
