I've decided to try Evening Primrose Oil, both to try and ease menstrual symptoms and for TTC.

With all the recent news about some supplements testing as nothing more than filler and snake oil, I'm a little concerned about just going and picking one at random. What brand do you use that you've seen results with? Is there anything in particular I should be looking for? Anything to avoid?
