And they're not caffeine headaches. I think it's because it's a vasodilator? But I could be remembering that wrong. For sinus headaches a hot shower can help some, but I have to be careful about not getting too hot. I don't even bother with Tylenol; it does nothing for me. My midwife did say yesterday that I should be getting out of the worst of the headaches soon, but not sure how far along you are. Tylenol and a little caffeine help take the edge off, but the only thing that has really helped is a serious shoulder/neck massage. I found little relief from that, plus I was getting them pretty often and wasn't comfortable taking it as often as the headaches were happening. My greatest relief came from putting a ice pack on my head or neck where the pain was.
