<description>&#60;p&#62;Weve been doing only fruits, veggies and meats because when we did quinoa, whole wheat pasta, oatmeal pancakes, the constipation was horrible. My lactation nurse says beans are great for us, but constipating for babies, and I've read the same for bran. Is there something else I can give? Is it the insoluble vs soluble fiber that affects the baby's constipation but not ours? Pectin?
