For me (other than when LO cries or it's just been a long enough period of time) it seems to be whenever things happen that cause me to have a large emotional reaction - either good or bad.
I was walking down the street when LO was about 2 months old and a very large jet flew directly overhead. It startled me a bit, and gave me goosebumps. The next thing I knew I was thinking "why is it raining on my foot?" When I looked down I realized that I was leaking/spraying everywhere....embarrassing...

Mine are boring; certain times that I nurse but for some reason I'm not, nursing itself, overflow.

If I'm cold and sneeze, I get the tingle. It's so weird.
