I went out of the country for two weeks and got an international plan. Person on the phone told me I would be charge a monthly (30 days) fee. Sure, that's fine by me. I get my bill... they charged me for my two weeks in the country PLUS an additional month ahead. WTF!!! I paid for an international plan until Jan 10th! I was back in the US on Dec 10th! I've spoke to two representatives and they refuse to credit me the additional charges. They claim they are not overcharging me. Freaking crooks! I have never been so unhappy with AT&T (ever). I will break my ties with AT&T if I have to. Why would I ever agree to pay more than a month when I only needed the plan for less than a month. I will take my family plan to Verizon! Sorry, I have always like AT&T and have always said that each cellular company has it's pros and cons. So much cheaper!! Hopeful that they can use my verizon phone on their service, because I don't feel like buying a new phone. We are considering switching providers when our contract is up, but want to do our research first.
