It sucked, but now we have the Airwave and it works great at home. Just call them up and tell them that you don't get any reception at home and keep getting LOTS of dropped called and that you heard that they can give you an Airwave to take care of it. They'll go through some diagnostic thing, blah blah, make sure the towers near you are good. I think I played along for a day and told them it still sucked and they said ok.. and sent me one for free and no monthly charge.
