My son is always dropping knowledge bombs on me about animals these days. When he gets a bug bite, he'll say, "I wish the female mosquito didn't have to eat human blood in order to lay their eggs." I actually didn't know that only female mosquitoes bit humans until I watched that episode of Wild Kratts!
