I’d bring in more blue with the curtains, not as dark as navy though. I think I'd probably do something navy, or if you're a bit bolder, a mustard/saffron color. Possibly a solid with some embroidered detail? I have some curtains in another room from Target I think would look nice, but they're a few years old so not sure that really helps you. Because the rug reads more burnt orange when I look at the whole rug, but in the link you posted there are a few people posting the rug in a dining room with the table on top--then the medallion is kind of covered and you mostly see the multicolored/blue edges. So I'd get a geometric pattern that coordinates with the edge colors. But that fits my style. You have a floral medallion style rug, so I would do some kind of geographic print on the curtain. If you don't like "busy" (because I do, but it's not for everyone), you could do a tone on tone pattern. But you'd have to pick an overall color scheme before you pick the curtains--what color do you want your throw pillows and throw blanket to be? I’m a big fan of simple white/ off white curtains.
