We have white tile in our bathroom and I despise it. I would never, ever want white tile in my kitchen. Personally, I like those best. To me it’s not enough to go a shade or two in either direction. For this kitchen either go with a white floor or dark floor. Since the same flooring will be used throughout the house then for sure a dark floor. I don’t have a picture, but my aunt recently stained her floors dark and her kitchen and old floors were very matchy to the kitchen cabinet’s honey color. She’s also going to buy new appliances. I don’t like the color of the kitchen cabinets, but she thinks they are fine, so they are staying for now. </p> <p>The problem is, she keeps sending me flooring choices and (maybe because I don’t love the cabinet color) I just can’t visualize what looks good l/not super dated. She’s pretty set on luxury vinyl plank, so it will be extended through the front entry, living room, kitchen, and dining area.
