DH was so annoyed by it! He couldn't find anything. We actually repacked the diaper bag and went back to it. I hate reaching in and rummaging around for what I need. When kids are older I think it's the perfect bag that just *happens* to have a diaper changing kit in there as well (and maybe a sippy cup of water). The le pliage is soooo much lighter. I think it depends on your life/parenting style. It was great before LO was eating solids. She nursed, so I never carried bottles, it was big enough for cloth diapers, and while not perfect, the longer thin straps made it okay for babywearing. Once LO got older we moved to another bag to carry snacks, food, sippy, etc. now, LO is 1, and I'm using it again.
