I'm from Canada and I have found Lancôme corrector followed by under eye concealer to be the only product that works to cover my dark circles.

Other than that I use Almay mascara, blush and eye shadow. Almay for me has been the best drug store brand especially for my sensitive eye lashes.

I should add L'Occitane en Provence, but I think you can find that just about everywhere.

In most places in Europe you can find the big international brands, but some countries won't have certain brands, like I cannot find Nars here (Austria) at all, but you can get it pretty much everywhere else. Prices kind of fluctuate, sometimes they are about the same as in the US and sometimes they go much higher or lower (it seems like brand name perfume is pretty cheap here).

I am from the US and use MAC cosmetics, Dior mascara, NARS blush, clinique lotion and vasanti skincare (I think it's Canadian, I get it from Birchbox).

Im Aussie too (in Melbourne), and a priceline junkie :D I also sometimes pick up cheap stuff from Chemist Warehouse (revlon/maybelline/rimmell), but when I want to go crazy on the good stuff you can't beat Mecca Maxima!! Also, if you're not in major city/in regional Australia, check out adorebeauty.com.au, they have a great variety :)

@kitty: I just went to priceline today!!! It's my new favourite store! My sister in law gave me the nuxe lip balm from there, and I had no idea how many French brands they had!! Nuxe, Avene, you name it. LOVE IT! Bioderma is a bit too pricey for me, but I tried the Garnier Micellar water and I love that. I went to Myer and picked up a Clarins lip perfector, I will try it tomorrow. I love how many brands Australia has. I may not want to return to America. ;P

I wish I had known about Asian skin care routines when I went to Singapore...there are so many interesting products. Specifically, I'd look for an Essence and a snail mucin sleeping mask while there. And a whitening serum to address brown spots on the skin.

As for Switzerland, you'll find the mainline European brands, like Nivea and Clarins. The American make up lines are very popular, like Bobbi Brown, Clinique, MAC.

I'm in Aus, and my favourite is Laura Mercier. I also like Benefit for their tints, and some Clinique products like the chubby stick. I know those aren't really specific to Australia - I think we have a lot of the main brands but they are just more expensive. I just buy Neutrogena skincare because it's gentle. I highly recommend checking out Priceline for the drugstore brands if you haven't already, and if you are into things like scented hand creams then have a look at Jurlique

I didn't know where else to post this, since this is the only forum I am an active member of, so I figured I'd post here! I am fairly new to Australia, and I am wondering what are your favourite cosmetics/skin care based on what's available in the country you live in. My husband and I travel quite a lot, and we already have this year booked up with a few different locations including Singapore, Ireland, England, Switzerland, Norway, and France. Singapore is a definite, the others are very likely. So, specifically, if you are from any of these countries, or even familiar with them, (including Aus) your input would be super helpful!!
