You can use dry erase markers on glass. So I would maybe blow up some pictures, of each member of your family, collage them, and then you could draw faces, mustaches, fun hairdo's, etc on each other :)

There is dry erase paint! You can paint the glass with it and make it a board.
And of course, paint the frame a fun color.

You could somehow prop it up and put curtains on it and the kids could play pretend! It could be a puppet theater, or a window, etc.

If you want to use it as a decorative piece, you can take the glass off and print some of your instagram pictures and hang them.

I like the dry erase idea! Or if you wanted something more permanent, the clings that people put on walls work well on glass, so you could find a saying or image you like and put it straight on the glass, with no backing. (Glue the glass in VERY well if so.)

DH rescued this from work where they were throwing it away. I want to do something creative with it for our basement playroom- any ideas?? I can take the picture out of course. I was thinking maybe just putting plain paper and then dry erase crayons would work on the glass?
