In high school the really cool kids were the same kids I grew up with so they were really nice to me and respected me, they had my back. One time this popular guy who was new to the school tried to pull a Landon Carter/Jamie Sullivan ("A Walk to Remember"...Popular boy being mean to nerdy girl) on me and one of the guys I grew up with totally called him on it. I dressed preppy, I got straight A's and I was pretty routine oriented I guess (ran track, took tennis lessons during the summers and every weekend was the same Friday: movie with a huge group of friends and sleepover on Saturday with a good friend).<br /> In high school, I started to get more rebellious. I floated around to lots of different crowds in high school.
