Another vote for the ikea cups! I think the design makes them tip over less!

@SAHM0811: haha. We use that same phrase too!

Now we use plastic Old Navy cups for on the go. At meal times, she uses a small glass cup.

We use Take and Toss at home and out and about. If there are silly requests for specific colored cups, lids and sizes, we say, "You get what you get, and you don't get upset!" A former preschool teacher taught DD that one, and it totally works for frivolous requests and squabbles!

We also use open cups from IKEA at mealtimes. Those come in a rainbow of colors though, but again, that saying works for us so it's not an issue.

We've been using munchkin straw cups (just the regular ones, not the ones that flip up). We used ZoliBots for a while but DS started biting the little flaps at the top of the straws and we had some major leaking.

@looch: I had no idea that tempered ones crumbled, I will have to look into that.

We primarily use open cups at home now. But the ThinkBaby straw cup has a 7 or 8 Oz capacity.

Camelbak kids for water (when they get older and need to master the tip back like a real cup, you take the inside straw out and it still works).

For milk we use the ikea kids cups and the Tupperware cups.

She loves her camelback and seems to drink more from it than she does other cups (I have a problem with her not drinking enough).

I bought a pack of 6 from TJMaxx, I think they are take and toss, but the hard plastic ones.

We also regularly use glass, the tempered ones are great because they crumble instead of break into shards.

We have a bunch of take and toss straw cups, and after numerous fights over I want the large cup, I want the green lid, I want the yellow straw, etc. We are only going to have the exact same cups for the kids.

What (nonsippy) cups do you use at home for the kids? Olive still needs a lid because she spills, but I only want to use straw cups (sippy is worse for oral development).
