Once he started using the toilet &amp; had consistent days of being dry the teacher encouraged us to switch to underwear &amp; they had him go every hour. They've been unbelievably helpful!!<br /> ETA: they did reward him with M&amp;Ms or mini marshmallows for a while. Well, they stand him up because he freaks out when they try to sit him. He'll be 3 in September. And also all the potty trained kids go potty before food time.</p> <p>They actually encouraged us to bring her in underwear before we were mentally ready!
