We are team green so we don't know the gender of this LO yet but if it's a girl we will get new bedding and baby room decorations and lots of clothes. We've ready picked up most other things like:
Double stroller
New nipples
New pump parts (valves, tubing)
New paci's
Ergo
One of each gender coming home outfits.
I also got a used My Brest Friend and Infantino sync wrap off of mom to mom swap site.

Ours are quite close in age (a little under 1.5 years) and will have separate nurseries and be in diapers at the same time, so we had to double up on some nursery items like a humidifier, sound machine, night light, extra camera for our video monitor, changing pad and cover, Diaper Genie, a dresser, and since the rooms had different themes I also got new crib bedding and room decor items. Then there was the double stroller and some items I didn't get the first time that I wished I had - for my it was a nursing pillow and a glider. And you can always use more pacifiers, burp cloths, and swaddling blankets! Ours were pretty worn out from constant use.

Both our boys born in the same season so we lucked out on using most of our old gear. Had to buy a double stroller, crib, a new swing (ours died) crib sheets, diaper changing cover and a video monitor since the boys will be sharing a room.

Our 2nd was the opposite gender so I bought a few new crib sheets, clothes, pacis (which she only ended up using for 3 months), her own set of AA swaddles and we splurged on a big stroller (but not a double since they are three years apart). I also bought a few bottles, but we haven't and probably won't end up using them.

I need a new monitor because ours died.
A secondary infant seat for grandparents car. Got used from a friend.
Sound machine
Extra crib sheets. Big sister's got kinda nasty. And a extra one for daycare!
Swing because LO 1 hated ours so we sold it. I'm trying to find the snuggabunny used.
Used double stroller.
Dresser
A few new bottles and nipples

They're 28m apart but one born end of April and the other will be end of August. So I should be able to reuse most of big sis clothing. Will probably need a few fillers for special occasions.

@Weagle: I'm having another girl too and reusing a ton of stuff bc my girls will be 3 years apart (so LO is in a big girl room with all new stuff and the nursery will pretty much stay the same).

I figure I won't have as much time as I did with LO to do laundry so I'm stocking up on additional clothing and blankets

-I plan to buy about 14 additional sleepers (7 for 3 months and 7 for 6 month) bc my LO pretty much lived in those during the first few months...both my girls are/will be winter babies
-3-6 additional sleep gowns from baby gap ...so easy for MOTN diaper changes and I just loved these bc they are thick and soft and have snaps at the neck so easy to get on and off
-A&A swaddle blankets
-sound machine - I will run one in each girls' room so they can't hear each other and wake each other up
-new monitor (we were gifted one but I would have bought it)
-additional gdiapers (again bc I figure I won't be doing laundry as frequently)
-nosefrieda (loved this for LO)
-Nursing cover - I didn't like the ones I had for LO
-K'tan baby carrier (I didn't really baby wear with LO)

That's all I've thought of so far

Eventually I think we will get a rumble seat attachment for our stroller (we have a little skateboard right now) but I think I have a few months to see if that's needed or not

@autumnlove: Dresser! The girls will share a room eventually, so I'll need a bigger dresser for sure. And we need new diaper pail liners. Yay for potty training so I don't have to buy more cloth diapers!

I'm starting to do any necessary shopping for #2. I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the threads. Both kids are girls, though born in different seasons. We'll definitely need a new wardrobe for a while. So far I've gotten:

RnP
New crib sheets
A couple of pacis (LO never really took them, so I'm not buying many)

What else do I need?
