My GYN said something similar, and though we didn't expect it to take this long, I am still totally confident that I will be able to get pregnant eventually.</p> <p>You all pretty much called it. I had my day 3 bloodwork drawn earlier this week, my HSG is scheduled for next week, and DH has a referral for SA. I did have the internal and external ultrasound back in June, and bloodwork, though I'm not sure exactly what tests were run. I think thyroid, and . . . ? I think that was it. I pushed for thyroid testing later, but I'm sure that she missed some other testing. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. When I saw my GYN six months ago (for amenorrhea) she mentioned semen analysis before moving on to Clomid. I already had an ultrasound to take a look at things back in the summer. Did your GYN/RE want you try anything else before ovulation stimulating drugs? </p> <p>I have my "we've been trying for more than a year, now what?" appointment this Friday. Any suggestions for questions I might not think to ask? </p>
