<description>&#60;p&#62;Probably nothing. I didn't even do much with my first, and it went amazingly well. I would like to *try* to go without an epidural, but if there's back labor again, I'm not even going to worry about trying - I know it doesn't get better!

I feel like I tried all those natural birthing techniques and they failed with my first, so I'm unmotivated to do more to prepare! Maybe I should just read up on back labor more?
