We did have a little issue with the gowns riding up and irritating the stump a bit. I really like them, and I'm going to be sad when she outgrows them. We will most certainly be keeping the Lil'Joey's for baby #2!</p> <p>We also used GroVia newborn AIO's, they did fit below the cord but cut it a little closer.</p> <p>The BG newborns did not work at all before the stump came off (they were way too high) and now that her stump is gone, they leak.
