She had me over for dinner. I came over, she introduced me to the kids and I played with them for about an hour while she took care of a few things and then cooked dinner. We all chatted over dinner and then I helped with the kids nighttime routine. I'm doing interviews right now. Then I'm going to pick the top two and do a trial day with each one to see how they interact with my almost 12 week old son. </p> <p>What did you do during the trial with nannies? I'm planning to be at home. Show them around at first. Should I just stay in another room and let them care for him for a few hours? Step in only if need be? Hover over her the whole time? Something in between? </p>
