But it turned out to be a lot trickier and more expensive that I'd thought, so I ended up just buying a kitchen. It worked out because: 1) I'm able to put the stove in the kitchen while the play kitchen is in the family room 2) Kid Kraft actually sent me a second kitchen! to replace missing/damage parts.</p> <p>We ended up selling that kitchen, so her big kitchen was almost free. Score! At first I felt super bad about selling that other (immaculate) kitchen and giving her the imperfect one -- but I'm so glad we did. So far I got him the radio flyer wagon walker - but i got it second hald for $45 so i want to get him something else as well. Partly because i can afford to get another gift now and partly to relieve my mommy guilt for getting him a "used" toy as a gift! </p> <p>I know if it wasn't for his bday i would have just been thrilled at the deal as the wagon retails for $120 around here, but i feel funny giving something second hand as his only birthday gift.</p> <p>eta. i didn't see the "gift" board until after i posted so i guess it can be moved there if need be. </p>
