We had a bunch of stuff ready the ngiht before and threw a casserole in the oven before church. Potato and pasta salads, cold cuts and chicken salad finger sandwiches inside, cookout and clambake outside. We have just close family coming to lunch after, and that is like 40 adults and 12 kids. So ordered pulled pork and chicken, Mac n cheese, and greens beans from a local bque place. I think I am going to make baked beans as well. Then we have a plain cake( my grandma makes for all family get togethers), cookie cake, and brownies for dessert. It was a small, family-only baptism. Brunch food would work really well for most post-baptism parties, I would think.
