I became a social worker for a number of years before becoming a middle school teacher, so I sort of followed my dreams. Now I'm a SAHM, which is something I always planned on doing until the kids went off to school. DH can't remember what he wanted to be other than a Porsche driver. Teacher was horrified, mother was mortified. LOL!). Then Grade 2-Grade 6 I wanted to be a psychologist. I finally decided at at age 12 to be a lawyer, and now I am (I'm pretty sure my mother is thankful). Not sure what DH had dreams of, but I know he sort of wound his way through his college degree.
