I was so comfy! I had a section and didn't mind the pants over my post-op belly at all. I ditched the mesh panties, because I felt like my ass was like a bundle of cottage cheese squeezed in a cheese cloth in them ... Gross! Next time I would take a loose, comfy dress. My feet were also insanely swollen from being hooked up to an IV 24/7 for 5 days so, I didn't have great shoes either. Yoga pants weren't too tight on my belly, although it wasn't sore anyway, so it wouldn't have mattered (may be different if you have a c/s though!). I lived in my yoga pants for probably the first two weeks....so comfy! I'd say the only hesitation with a dress is trying to BF in it without having to pull the entire dress up.
