The top seam on the pants hit exactly on my incision and was so uncomfortable. I sometimes wore them up over my belly, mostly folded down. They are nice and thick and more like actual yoga pants than like tights. When I wore my binder I also wore maternity yoga pants over it - Old Navy. They're super comfortable!! At the hospital I wore some soft loose pj pants and top (with buttons for easier nursing). I found that my second c-section was way better in terms of recovery.
