4.5 year old had oatmeal with milk mixed in and applesauce with blueberries. We had friends stay over and their 4.5 year old didn't like our oatmeal...I heard his mom say, "you can have your oatmeal in the car". Ha.

I had a coffee cake muffin and coffee when I got to work.

Yesterday my kids had 2 fried eggs and 1 piece of toast each. Oh and a half of a banana each. Today they had 2 waffles each and then a pack of fruit snacks that they snuck.

@travellingbee: it's super easy to make and really good for you. A friend turned me onto it. Here's a base recipe. I throw in a banana and some spinach to get some fruit and veg and LO loves it! http://www.sarahbakesgfree.com/2012/09/vanilla-chia-seed-pudding.html

@travellingbee: is the baked oatmeal crispy all the way through? I got excited for a minute for a toddler breakfast, but if it's crispy then I don't think a one year old could handle it?

We all ate crepes with some raspberries and very tiny diced fruit salad (cantaloupe, pineapple, water melon, grapes, honeydew).

Yesterday was an egg bake (super easy and when my toddler is not sick like right now she'll eat it) and hashbrowns. The egg bake had sautéed: spinach, onion, bell peppers, and then feta mixed with eggs and baked for 35 minutes.

We had leftover guac and salsa from a party so I used that to make sort of huevos rancheros. That was pretty good and better than the eggs and toast we usually end up having!

My 22mo ate the most - 4 sausage links, two pancakes, and about four scrambled eggs with a chip off milk.

DH and I have coffee every day (obviously :silly: ). We have been on a heavy smoothie rotation lately- we just do fruit/ yogurt/ OJ and serve it with a bagel and cream cheese or toast with pb (for DD) or avocado (for us). It would be cool to make green smoothies but DD protested the one time I made them and she eats plenty of other veggies so I gave up on that idea.

Almost 4yo had peanut butter sandwich and then declared herself done...and then wanted to eat on the way to church.
5.5 month old had oatmeal.
I had half a cup of coffee...then got two kids ready and fed and took 5 minutes in the bathroom. DH had yogurt, a bagel, and tea and got a shower and 45 minutes in the bathroom. 😀
