19m, yesterday:

Breakfast: 1/2 whole grain waffle (this is good, usually he eats maybe 1/4), a pear cup, milk.

Snack (at school): pretzels (dunno how many, they marked he ate it all)

Lunch (at school, but packed @ home): brown rice, chicken lunch meat, green beans (from the can!), Daiya shredded mozzarella, banana and orange. Daycare sheet marked he ate "most". He usually eats lunch at school REALLY well.

PM snack @ school: grapes

Dinner at home: about 1/2 cup of Amy's alphabet soup and a cup of milk. Dinner is super hit or miss and unless it's something he loooooves, he will usually only take a bite or two. He eats lunch pretty well at school so I don't stress.

He also still nurses AM and PM.

@Mae: I also reach into the freezer for almost every meal! And it's usually not things I made and froze.
What are some things that you use often?
We do a lot of Freebird popcorn chicken and chickasuarus-Rex nuggets.
Earths Best Meatballs are his fave (and my husband always asks for some extra for him!)
Dr Praegers Lil fishies, spinach littles and broccoli littles
De Waffelbakkers makes these awesome healthy sweet potatoes and spelt pancakes that taste like pumpkin pie and my son devours them.
Applegate Farms breakfast sausages (but all the time not just breakfast)

I agree, I love airing our all the dirty laundry with you all

This is what DD ate yesterday -

Breakfast: I think she had a few bite of muffins, her vitamins, milk. Oh then b/c she didn't eat her muffin we gave her yogurt before school

Lunch: They had pizza party at school. And someone's mom brought ice-cream

Dinner: DH got take-out. DD's fav thing ever is eggroll so she ate pretty much the whole eggroll minus the hard ends, and lo-mein. She loves babycorn and will eat brocoli

I gave her 2 chocolate coins in easter egg after....

All my kids do is eat!
For breakfast yesterday we had pancakes (2 each) and yogurt. It's rare that a fruit isn't offered but whatever. And a small cup of grape juice.
Snack was goldfish and frozen mixed berries. (Usually they have the berries with breakfast and not a fresh fruit or veggie in sight at snacks).
Lunch was lunch meat with cheese and some raisins. Snack 2 they were at my moms so I'm not sure but I know chocolate milk was involved.
For dinner we had vegetarian taco bowls but they picked and chose what to eat.

DD1 had some spicy sweet potatoes and a few multigrain chips.
DD2 had sweet potatoes, black beans and a handful of multigrain chips.

They usually don't eat dinner at all so this was a good day.

DD, 4yo, had a peanut butter sandwich, string cheese, carrots, and a mandarin orange in her lunch box. DH did the dishes so I'm not sure if she ate the carrots. I'm sure she had a bowl of Cheerios and some junky snacks at preschool.

My kids ate the same thing today:

-breakfast: eggs, raspberries, and strawberries
-lunch: fish sticks, broccoli, and potatoes with butter
-dinner: out and I ordered them bbq chicken with a side of mac n cheese and rice.

Snacks--pouches and graham crackers.

It's my spring break and our nanny is on vacation. We spent 4 days in Cape Cod and just got back and our fridge is bare and basically IDGAF, haha. I plan to grocery shop this weekend.

Ok spinning out of control with all of these dirty secret/food threads. I just love reading them! It makes me feel better that I'm not the only one who sometimes struggles and gives me new ideas.

What did your LO(s) eat in an entire day? Every meal and every snack?

-Breakfast was a yogurt pouch and banana (breakfast is usually his biggest meal of the day so this was particularly light for him - usually also a bowl of cheerios or pancakes or waffles in there).
-Snack 1 was a small baggie of pirates booty
-Lunch I found these amazing boxes at Starbucks since we were out and about - small whole grain PBJ, apple slices, carrots and cucumbers with ranch, a string cheese and a few choc covered raisins. He ate EVERYTHING.
-Snack 2 he asked for milk and a pouch (puréed strawberries and banana). He also had 5-10 little pretzel sticks while we waited for dinner.
-Dinner I posted earlier but it was basically picking veggies from my salad, 2 kid slices of pizza, and a bunch of broccoli.
-dessert was froyo and toppings minus the froyo. He just ate the cherries, chocolate and cake cubes.
