@caffeinated: don't worry- I'm that same mom!! If I mix plain yogurt with berries, Cobi will eat it. I usually add the tiniest little bit of coconut sugar too. Cobi has never even had flavored yogurt.

11 months:

Breakfast: eggs, sausage and avocado

Ugh. DD wouldn't eat much today. She has a cold and is teething, so I'm hoping this is just a phase. She had 5 bottles, but only finished a couple of them.

10 months --

For brunch she had a fried egg and a piece of raisin toast cut into strips. (She ate almost none of the egg, and maybe half of one piece of toast.)

Had a few puffs for a snack in the afternoon.

For dinner she had some mixed veggies and bananas, but she only really ate the peas, green beans, and a couple pieces of banana.

@MungBean: Ewww, that does sound kind of gross, but whatever works, right? Yeah, i just mix salmon, rice, and egg and pan fry it. I prefer using fresh salmon, but she doesn't mind the canned stuff.

@caffeinated: I do plain with Asian pear purée sometimes and she likes that. What about vanilla yogurt with your own purée? For awhile when she refused to eat meat, I even mixed meat purée with vanilla and she ate it no problems. Sounds soooo gross though!!! And yes, love oikos although I haven't tried key lime! Do you make the salmon patty yourself?

@betsyboop: I think it's fine, and a personal preference. I'm one of those annoying moms who try to limit sugar, but i give her some spoonfuls of yogurt once in a while.

8 months:
Breakfast: pear apple oatmeal
No lunch because we were out (just milk)
Dinner: sweet potato corn apple puree, string cheese

@caffeinated: Oops, are you not supposed to feed flavored yogurts? I've been feeding my LO yobaby flavored yogurts and she goes crazy for it! I don't think she would eat plain yogurt after trying the flavored ones.

9.5 months here.

Breakfast: 1 banana buckwheat pancake, a couple of blueberries, grapefruit pieces, pear slice, pureed prunes
Lunch: 2 roasted yams pieces, steamed zucchini, spinach, congee (chicken, rice, zucchini, garlic)
Snack: banana-mango puree (pouch), kamut puffs
Dinner: congee, steamed zucchini, salmon-rice-egg patty, blueberries, pear

Ughh, i wish that LO liked yogurt! I try to give her plain yogurt and mix in a fruit puree, but she just won't have it. She prefers the flavoured yogurt, and i may have to give in (have you ever tried Oikos key lime greek yogurt? Deliciousness).

My LO is 11 months old:

Breakfast: 3 OZ Trader Joe's strawberries & cream full-fat yogurt (would totally recommend to anyone looking to increase their LO's calorie consumption - this is 140 calories per 4 OZ container)
Lunch: 1 strawberry, 1.5 Trader Joe's all natural chicken nuggets
Dinner: couple pieces of chicken, green beans, 1 strawberry

She also nursed several times and snacked on baked snap peas, Puffs, Trader Joe's rice rolls, cheese, and clementines throughout the day.
