Shortly after moving to the pnp mattress, LO got restless at night so we made the move to the crib which helped dramatically.</p> <p>ETA- the transition to the crib happened at 5 months. She was able to sleep in it until she was about 7 months old (and able to move and scoot around). It was against our bed on my side. After that, we used a pack n play with the top level thing. I was in the look out for a flat spot, like @coopsmama: mentioned, but luckily we never had an issue. </p> <p>I planned to have her in our room longer, but it just wasn't working for us. This helps parent and baby respond effectively to one another throughout the night and makes night-feeding much less strenuous.
