Not just a spot like PP said. It's super uncomfortable for a minute or so, then relaxes. Can you tell the difference?" </p> <p>I'm having a lot of BH (oh, yay!), and I can tell the difference between baby and BH. The basic difference is my whole bump gets super hard when it's a BH, and if you touch it, you can't feel body parts or curves or things like you can when the baby pushes against you. The whole area goes rigid, not just a baby sized spot. It doesn't hurt at all, it just feels like all of my abdominal muscles are getting really tight and it only lasts for a few seconds before the muscles relax again.
