My LO is the same age as yours and also MSPI. I am planning on introducing hemp milk in about a month, but right now, she eats:

Oatmeal (regular and multi-grain)
Lots of different types of fruits and veggies
Pretty much every type of meat (ground or cut up small)
Rice and quinoa
Pasta - we use normal wheat pasta and also rice, quinoa, lentil, or bean pasta (found at whole foods and wildly expensive, lol)

Today we tried hummus (she's not a fan yet) and we will be introducing egg yolks and nut butters soon (her pedi said it was fine).

Good luck!

we simply subbed a lot of stuff for milk with almond milk. baked things the same. i don't eat a lot of cheese myself, so it was pretty easy (i LOVE cheese, it just upsets my tummy).

we do veggies (sauteed, heat up frozen, grilled). we do risotto and mix in yummy things. it tastes creamy, but no milk needed. pasta with pesto (don't add parm to his), smoothies (with almond or coconut milk), 2 ingredient pancakes... i got recipe books for baby/toddler (i really like tyler florence) and got ideas that way!

Xander drinks hemp milk, but sometimes I'll use coconut or almond milk in baking.

Here's some of the things Xander had this week:

Breakfasts: Froot Loops, Almond Milk Yogurt, Cheerios, Oatmeal, Bananas

Lunches: Turkey, Chicken/Turkey Sausage, Swedish Meatballs, Chicken Pasta Salad, BBQ Chicken, Cucumber, Watermelon, Carrots, Corn, Pineapple, Green Beans, Mandarin Oranges, Bananas, Waffles (Earth's Best), Hash Browns, Wheat Bread

Snacks: Veggie Sticks, Club Crackers, Bananas, Graham Crackers, Watermelon, Cucumbers, Mandarin Oranges, Almond Milk Yogurt

Dinner (he's always pickier at home, so he usually eats the same thing for dinner every night): Chicken/Turkey Sausage, Almond Milk Yogurt, Carrots, Waffles (Earth's Best), Veggie/Fruit Pouch, Graham Crackers

What about roasted/baked veggies? Avocado? frozen/defrosted peas? smoothies made with banana and other fruits and spinach? Muffins (maybe sub applesauce for any butter if he can't have that)?

charlie drank hemp milk for a long time. it is an awesome milk alternative and definitely my go to.

i've found most kids like peas and broccoli (little trees). my kids also like cauliflower, asparagus, avocado, corn, sweet potatoes, and cucumbers. oh and they looooooove pickles and olives.

proteins - salmon, breakfast sausage (salty so they like it), hot dogs, mini meatballs, tofu, beans, eggs (my kids love them steamed -- recipe on blog), bacon

we had fried rice for dinner. they love rice! and you can sneak in veggies and proteins.

it took a long time and introducing the foods many many times to get them to like all this, but there are a lot of options even without dairy (but i know it's tough... my kids love cheese!)

M is 10.5 months old. We are supposed to be uping table food and lowering his ounces of formula per day. I eat cheese and drink milk like they are never going to make it again. I'm really struggling with feeding him. I'm sure I'm making it more complicated than it needs to be in my head but I'm stumped.

What do you feed your dairy free older baby/young toddler? Help me out! Did you try coconut milk or soy milk?

Right now he eats:
blueberry pancakes made with water
fruit
cherrios
whole wheat pasta

ETA: he will eat veggies
