Stays that way no matter how much water I drink.</p> <p>Also feel like there is a lump stuck inside where my solar plex is. Heartburn? Been there since this morning.</p> <p>When I try to swallow/breathe in deeply, it feel uncomfortable.</p> <p>I had a big easter meal for dinner last night. Is that the culprit?</p> <p>I also think I feel slightly nauseous, but not vomit sick nauseous. More like an anxious burn?!? </p>
