I am a night owl by nature and really struggle to get to bed. I also definitely write things on my to-do list to cross off.</p> <p>It does bum me out that all the anxiety/guilt is mentioned -- I don't know if it normalizes it/perpetuates it? Or if it just is what it is and is relatable to put it out there.
