The person who goes to self checkout, has an overflowing cart, and no idea how to do it.<br /> People who can't "read" the speed limit sign and go 10 miles under, then when the limit lowers they're speeding! Selfish, inconsiderate people who think they're better than you and the rules don't apply. At school we're suppose to drive around the playground on a gravel road to the front of the school and drop kids off, there have been about 6 emails that mention this.
