I had pretty intense ovulation cramps - literally would feel like period cramps. Always the day I would get my positive ovulation test. Get your BD in and good luck!

I was gonna ask something similar. I know what my mittelschmerz feels like (gentle cramping off to one side), but now AFTER all my O signs are done, I'm having period-like cramps (central, uterus wide.) Too soon for implantation for me, though.

It very well could be the egg being released. I know that when I did HCG injections, I would get SO crampy from them making the egg be released. So, despite the bad cramps, get busy!!! ;)

I cramp most months right around ovulation, but this month they have been much worse. As far as I know, its fairly common to get cramps right around ovulation, though like MaisyMay said, if it's after ovulation, it COULD be implantation cramps!

It could be ovulation cramps, which would tell you that this is a great time to BD. It's way to early for implantation spotting/cramping; however, if you feel cramps in about a week, that is what those could be. Good luck!

Possibly ovulation cramps. Some months, I'm crampy around ovulation and others not. Definitely keep BDing through the + OPK.

i had the exact same feelings as you did yesterday as well. It felt very crampy and almost pinching, and I felt a lot of pressure on my bladder when I was urinating (tmi!). I also felt it on my left side with each step I took. It happened from about 2pm to 8pm...I read that you can get ovulation cramps before, during, or after you ovulate, so it is really hard to pin point exactly where you are. I would keep BDing though if you got a +OPK.

I got a smiley face on my OPK last night (11/29) and this morning I'm feeling really crampy. So much so that I can't really sit at my desk, I keep having to stand and stretch. My sides are crampy too. Is this the egg being released? I have been on BC for so long I have no idea what's going on with my body.
