We shop together, take the kids out on little adventures, we both love photography, we travel together-- just getting back into little trips as our kids are getting older and we can leave them with grandparents. We find shows we both like and watch them together. We eat dinner every night as a family. We go to museums-- he doesn't love them, but knows I do so he goes with me. He takes me to his industry events. We go out to dinner, or go to movies once every week or two. We both work a lot and crazy hours but we always squeeze in a tv show before bed and as many dinners as possible. Once LO arrives, I think we'll do more scheduled "activities" as a family. Parks, the zoo, the museum. We like to snuggle and watch TV during nap or after bedtime (though with a 3 year old and a newborn we don't get a ton of time where there isn't at least one kid awake). We text a lot through out the day too. That's actually how we met. We try to eat most meals together, we hang out or go out with LO, we watch TV, and we do most errands together too. We also like to take date nights (or lunches). We both work full time so we don't actually get too much time together or as a family.
