I think both of your kids will be fine. They would enjoy it even just playing in the hotel room. We traveled with our 4 year old since he was 3 months. He often enjoys things we didn't think he would and vice versa... so we don't let the "fear" stop us lol. He is obsessed with being in the hotel room or going to a hotel it is crazy. I think sometimes we often forget our kids need to adapt to us, not the other way around.... I hope you have a great time! xoxo :)</p> <p>ETA: I remember seeing somewhere that you can put cloth hanger clips (decorate it and what not) and clip it on the sun visor (?) on your car. Each kid (and maybe even daddy and mommy) has one. If everyone behaves the clips stay on, if they don't the clip that is assigned to the specific person comes off. Whoever have their clip stay on the whole time gets a treat at the next stop /destination. The one near me has an area just for toddlers. My thought was Great Wolf Lodge that is about 3 hours from us, DH doesn't think our youngest will enjoy that. I'm drawing a blank on other ideas that are fun and easy to do (aka no camping!) What do you do for a weekend away? </p>
