I try to always take some time to have a cup of coffee or something to eat. I'll relax and watch a little junk TV if she takes a good nap. I find that if I nap I don't get anything done and I sort of feel like I didn't have any time to myself. Usually her naptime is my time to tidy up, do some meal prep/pack lunches, make phone calls, pay bills, etc...most days I'm folding and putting away laundry. I also write out my grocery list during this time bc we usually run to the store after her nap. Honestly, most days I'm freakin tired and the last thing I want to do is housework. Sometimes between 0:30-0:45 and every now and then 2:00..but by then I will wake her up or at least make the environment less conducive to napping. I spend the first 10 mins paused, waiting for her to wake up (it can take a couple of dummy reinsertions before she drifts off). Once Im satisfied it nap time for realz, I get a micro-chore in: perhaps wash the bottles, put a load of laundry in, empty the dishwasher, make a drink I won't get round to drinking!
