&#60;p&#62;there are a 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, and 90 min options... so you can just do as much or as little as you feel like.  and it's not those super slooooow, boring yoga dvd's... it actually works you out and you're constantly moving through different flows.  it's a good workout even for non-pregnant ladies.  if you're into yoga, i promise it wont disappoint!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I did running intervals on the treadmill: 2 min run, 3 min walk for 30 min but got more uncomfortable and just decided to stop running this week (week 28).  I do 30 min on the elliptical and lift weights for arms.  I also do prenatal yoga once a week.

&#60;p&#62;I do 30 minutes on the elliptical, and then 30 minutes of weights on machines....I hate cardio but I like lifting weights!
