Usually it was just teething gel, the organic stuff from Baby Orajel, and his pacifier (which he started taking once he started teething). When it gets really bad (and with our pedi's blessing) I give him half a dose of Pedia Care Fever Reducer/Pain Reliever Acetaminophen.
