Other than that, I make sure I take a multi vitamin and I'm eating right. I also need to make sure I eat meat/protein. When I don't, I notice more shedding. And I'm pretty sure it's already starting! So starts yet another anti-aging beauty research project... any tips, and what do you use?? </p>
