Your diet/body already provides plenty of nutrition, not taking the pill for one day will be fine. </p> <p>I take a prenatal that requires three pills a day, but I've never swallowed pills before so I have to cut them in half...meaning I have SIX pills, plus two DHA supplements to take every day. I cut all the pills in the morning and put everything in a little glass baking jar, so that it's all ready for the day!
