I also let her paint in the bathtub - she thinks it's hilarious to get covered in paint and cleanup is a breeze since she is already in the tub. Sometimes if it's warm enough we will play in the rain for awhile!</p> <p>Also when I use to nanny older kids we would bake or cook - something that we don't make a lot so it feels like a treat. Or build a fort and then watch a movie hanging out in the fort. Scavenger hunts around the house can be fun especially if the last thing is a new game or treat. They have a million toys but are always 'bored'... </p>
