<description>&#60;p&#62;This sounds terrible but if I get to the point where I have to leave the room for a minute, I take my phone and play a round or two of a game (like candy crush or something.) It just zones me out for a minute or two so I can actually calm down.  It has really worked for me.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm struggling right now with my 3 year old and I have to remove myself and take deep breathes to not overreact. How do you keep it together during the rough times? I usually go to a different room for a couple minutes and do yoga breaths!
