Shopping is relaxing to me but not to my husband haha! I like to take a bubble bath or get on the treadmill and walk.

I read every night right before bed. It's how I kick the day out of my head and just chill. Hubs is very supportive of this and has learned to go to sleep with my light on.

A long hot bath with a glass of wine and a book. I get about an hour and a half in the evenings a few nights a week. It's saving my sanity.

I go shopping to unwind... lol. Or I have a few drinks and dance my cares away.

When I was a stay at home mom, the phrase "I need a drink!" was pretty regular, even though most of the time I was half joking and drinking just makes me sleepy anyway. I would just say it to show that I really needed to unwind and have some sort of release of all the tension and stress from the day. Usually I'd end up just zoning out on the couch, not even really watching TV. What's your method of unwinding?
