I say no, ouch loudly enough to kind of startle her and then I get up and walk away. Since I nurse her to sleep, this means she cries for a minute or two, and then I go back in to nurse again. Honestly, at that point in the day I am so tired I'm just not interested in being physically injured while I try to nurse her to sleep for the 6th time. Or, if you think she's biting and playing around, I would end the session and try again in a bit.
