I put a pillow under the upper part of her co-sleeper to elevate that, and also had her sleep against me, sitting up. When she's sick like this, I usually end up caving and letting her sleep with me in bed. I feel so bad for him and keep trying to suck out his nose, but it isn't helping... We have a humidifier running in his room and have been using nasal saline spray too. </p> <p>What do you do to help your LO sleep when they are sick? </p>
