If it is a little one, I try a little caffeine first, and usually Sudafed since most of my headaches are sinus. If it's getting bad, Advil Migraine is pretty great stuff, but not while pregnant. </p> <p>There was a thread on here a while back when someone suggested an ice back on the back of your head/neck, and that really works wonders for me. I will usually eat something or try to rest. I avoid tylenol because it doesnt really work for me and its supposed to be bad for your liver. But if the pain persists I take advil.
